What Our Place Offers

Bedrooms: 4
• Master Bedroom (with full bath) on ground floor, with single Queen bed.
• Three bedrooms are on second floor: one with 2 double beds, the other two rooms with one double bed each. The middle room is semi-private, as it contains the stairway to the ground floor; see photographs on the House Interior page. Please note that the small ¾ bathroom for these bedrooms is on the ground floor.
• All bed linens, pillows, and towels provided.

Ground floor is fully wheelchair-accessible (no steps to get inside the house; no steps on the main floor of the house; handicapped-accessible bathroom on this level).

Central air-conditioning and heating on main level. Window air-conditioners in upper level rooms. Ceiling fans in most rooms. Space heaters in upper bedrooms.

WIFI : router in main living room. Works well on lower level.

TV with Roku in the living room. Renters may access their own streaming service subscriptions through this.

One covered parking space; uncovered parking for up to three additional vehicles.

Self check-in available; keypad access.

Seasonal access to our dock for swimming in Douglas Lake or sitting along the lakefront. Lake usage is entirely at your own risk (and this will be so acknowledged in the rental agreement.)

Note: access to the farm fields is not allowed; the yard areas immediately around the house (south of Hwy 139) are open to guests, and comprise about 1 acre.
